The home is located on an untouched frontier property in Powassan, where the couple enjoys rural living. They wanted a home that would be robust, moving beyond the farmhouse one might typically find on this type of property.

The clients handled the build themselves and were able to make the home net zero.

In this instance, the clients knew what design they wanted from the start, creating a unique floorplan suited to how they live. We’re looking at adding this floorplan to our portfolio so we can share it with others.
