Ready for tours in spring 2022
Save the date: we’ve set Saturday, May 7th as our first open house! 9am -5pm for self-guided tours and the chance to chat with owner Paul Kealey.
We recently filmed a five-minute tour of the main home. It can be found in this post and on our YouTube Channel.
The main home is a beautifully optimized bungalow of 1,634 sq ft and includes four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open plan main living spaces.
The stand alone two-car garage features an office space (676 sq ft) above that can easily be treated as a coach house or laneway suite on its own.
Cool fact: the new EkoModel Home will include four bedrooms in a 1,634 sq ft layout. Storage for this family home is the secret weapon: deep openings above closets and in other smart spots add another 200 sq ft of space for the stuff in your life!
Wondering what it all costs? We now have current cost analysis documents for both the main home and the stand alone garage/coach house.
