Although we like to be optimistic that things will be back to normal soon, we have already experienced a number of delays on projects because of the coronavirus.

We completely understand when projects hit delays beyond our control, but it’s also a good opportunity to take advantage of the lower interest rates and build now if you do have a build on the horizon.

In order to generate immediate sales we are offering free shipping throughout North America.

Normally shipping of our weathertight material package costs extra, depending on location, but for a limited time we are offering shipping free of charge to your location anywhere in the continental USA and Canada (territories excluded).

This means there will be no extra charges for delivering any materials to your property, including our complete weathertight materials kit. This applies to kits for our existing super energy efficient houseplans, as well as custom designs.

Updated April 6th: If you were already planning your build in the near future, now could be a great time to make the leap. Some building permit offices are not open because of the COVID-19 outbreak, but it’s important to take this time to get your project ready for application.

Normally we allow a couple of months to complete the design stage and gather other documentation for permits. Please rest assured our supply chains have not been affected.
