This inspirational show has returned to Ottawa for a third year, and we’re really looking forward to being there this coming weekend. Focused on everything related to health and wellness, the show will feature more than 100 booths, speakers, demos, sample and more.

Free to attend, this event supports H.E.L.P, helping our military and first responders affected by PTSD. Donations will be accepted at the door.
