Wakefield Project

This project in Wakefield, Quebec is currently under construction. The foundation was installed in November 2018 and framing started in mid-January.

The design is a custom client inspired concept which focuses on privacy from neighbors, natural light for all spaces, and abundant storage space because of slab on grade (no basement as the property is on bedrock).

Chelsea project

This Quebec property is located within Quartier Meredith Subdivision, a brand new subdivision located 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa. The community is a highly sought after one because of its convenience to the capital. Chelsea is also a nature/outdoor lover’s paradise as it borders Gatineau Park.

The design is a modified version of our Fiddlehead model with an attached garage and a basement.

Old Chelsea project

Yet another Quebec-side property, this one is located near the Gatineau River in a peaceful rural section of Old Chelsea with abundant trees.

The design is a custom client inspired concept. Inspiration has been taken from the client’s beautiful property which is surrounded by white pines. A minimalistic approach to design has resulted in a three-bedroom home with a smaller footprint that still maintains comfortable spaces for the homeowners.

The open floorplan has a clever L-shape that accommodates bedrooms and tucks a screened in porch off the kitchen for warm weather dining.

Frontenac project

This property is located near Cloyne village in North Frontenac Township, Ontario, south of Bon Echo Provincial Park.

This home design is a custom client inspired concept developed by two families coming together to save on cost. The home two-family home contains individual suites with a shared entry, kitchen, loft/games area and a great room. See the floorplan below for the main level.
